This leads us to the next point which is: "awareness"

•There is an attribute that is peculiar to any valuable potential, this attribute is "magnetic".

•Hnmm, In 1995, the magnetivity of such potential was revealed in a relationship between Larry Page and Sergey Brin, which led to the creation of "Google" that is now vastly used.

Comically yet true, If you have the opportunity to meet James Watson and  Francis Crick who made some remarkable exploit in the 3-D deoxyribonucleic acid (D.N.A)- a clear understanding of how genes control the chemical processes within cells, you would discover that these duo were not the first scientists in that field, as a matter of fact, they weren't more intelligent than the likes of Franklin and Maurice of the early 1950's and some brilliant others, but here is the point, they could make such tremendous progress, because of their awareness of personal limitations and a need for a productive teamwork, as this statement was made by Watson himself in the journal titled: Psychology of Innovation.

However, fortunately or not, awareness appear not to be enough,

You can be aware of a mutual prowess, although, envisaged, yet, unsuccessful.

Awareness of a kingdom dynamics does not guarantee its transforming power.

Hence, the need for a "correct company"

And God said, Let us make...
